UV Printing provides incredible ink durability.

The cross-linking of the ink molecules is what makes them durable. Pigmented UV inks that we offer will last for 3 years outdoors without overlaminate. For other applications, you can expect the inks to last 5-7 years without any visible fading.

Environmentally Friendly Print

Conventional inks are toxic to the environment. LED-UV printing eliminates the need for these inks that contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Our UV lamps use less energy and do not generate heat when compared to conventional drying lamps, which has the added benefit of no longer producing toxic vapors while drying. Because the inks dry immediately, there is no longer a need for toxic spray powder either. All of these benefits result in a dramatic 84% reduction in your carbon footprint.
