Cereus Graphics, Corporate History

1973 - G&G Printers Founded by George & Tom Ginter

1995 - Tom Ginter buys controlling interest in G&G Printers

2000 - G&G Printers sold to PRINTSOURCE USA, a national merger company based in Florida, while also acquiring Commercial Litho, another print company in Phoenix, Arizona. 

2000 - Kelmscott Communications a San Francisco based merger company later acquires the 11 operating companies of PRINTSOURCE USA

2001 -Cereus Graphics was formed when Kelmscott Communications merged their two local businesses. Cereus Graphics then relocated into a new larger facility located at 2950-2 E. Broadway Rd. in Phoenix, Arizona.

2003 -Cereus Graphics is purchased (re-acquired) by Tom Ginter where he continues to prosper and expand the capabilities of one of Phoenix Arizona's' leading Commercial Print manufacturers.
