Cereus Graphics Sweeps Awards, Wins "Best of Show"
Phoenix, AZ February 24, 2004 — Cereus Graphics scored big at the GATF/PIA Annual Print Excellence Awards on January 16 th , winning the "Best of Show" award as well as four Gold, one Silver, and one Bronze awards for outstanding work in the annual report, magazine, and presentation folder categories.
Sponsored by the Printing Industries of Arizona (PIAZ), the Annual Print Excellence Awards celebrates the talents, capabilities, and achievements of the State's printing community.
One of the Gold award-winners—the Scottsdale Insurance Company (SIC) 2002 Annual Report—also won the Silver Quill award from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
"We were delighted to hear that our client had submitted their annual report to the IABC contest," said Tom Ginter, Cereus Graphics’ President. "[That] validates not only the high quality standards to which we hold ourselves, but also the pride our clients take in the work we produce for them."
The Scottsdale Insurance Co. annual report was the only IABC award of Excellence in it’s category, and was judged by representatives from District 5, which is comprised of seven states, 15 active chapters, and 1,800 members.
